We are an enjoyable, affordable family vacation spot in the heart of the Adirondacks. Easy to get to, and after a week of leisure and fun, not so easy to leave. It’s a combination of our prime lakefront location and choice of outdoor adventure and activities that relax the mind and spirit and is why our families have been returning year after year.

Our Family

Sunset Beach Cottages is currently run by the Nerschook Family. Purchased in 2005, the Nerschook family has been putting a lot of love, sweat & tears into it ever since. The cottages have been thoughtfully updated and grounds are continually improved upon. The property was run primarily in the summer months for the first couple of years and then the family decided to make the move and live on the property full time. The Nerschook’s are deeply involved in the local community and are passionate about making your Adirondack vacation memories something your kids will remember for a lifetime.
